We stayed in a 1 bed apartment on the 9th floor with our 1.5 year old daughter. She slept amazingly in the cot provided, as did we in the very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was fantastic. Coffees, fresh juices, huge selection of food each morning and eggs made to order. Location is great on The Walk.

We truly enjoyed our stay mostly because of the hotel. The location is wonderful; a short 5-7 minute walk to the Dubai Marina Mall and DAMAC Metro Station. The area is clean, quiet and elegant. The hotel is also connected to a long strip of outdoor cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is rich, service is excellent, staff are very friendly and attentive.

**Hotel Review: A Marvellous Family Stay** Our recent family stay at this hotel was absolutely marvellous. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm and welcoming smiles. The staff’s attentiveness was evident throughout our stay, as they consistently checked in to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The rooms were immaculate, showcasing a high standard of cleanliness that added to our comfort. Each detail was meticulously taken care of, making our stay feel both luxurious and homely.

We were upgraded to Premium Sea View Twin although we had booked Classic. Staff is very professional, courteous, prompt and humble. Room was spacious and interior was classy. Breakfast at Horizon exceeded our expectations, Rosso must be good cuz it was crowded all the times but didn’t get the chance to eat there. Only downside is we could hear the TV and somewhat conversations in the neighboring room means some serious sound proofing problem with the interconnecting door and also the washroom also needs improved sound proofing.

I had a fabulous stay here with my parents. The hotel is in the most ideal location. We landed early morning but as hotel was full wasnβt able to check in until after 3pm. We were able to use the facilities in the mean time. The room was really spacious and fab balcony views of Ain Dubai.

When we first checked in, we found the room really nice but the bathroom was very small and didn’t have the amenities or access we required for two young children (ages 1.5 and 3.5). I decided to mention our issues to the hotel staff. I was referred to Mr. Adel who was honestly one of the kindest people I have come across. He was understanding and approachable and showed us a couple of rooms with different bathroom layouts before upgrading us to a suite and my upgrading my brother’s room to a sea view twin room.

Room was a good size, bed is comfortable, the bathroom needs something to prevent the water to come out of the shower enclosure. Wasn’t a big deal. Location – expect traffic, it’s a very busy area but everything is walking distance. You have everything you will need and more. The staff are nice.

Granted, a 5-star hotel brings certain expectations with it. But these expextations were easily met. The hotel is magnificent, cosy and clean. This goes for the facilities, rooms and pretty much anywhere in the hotel itself. Its situation is somewhat special: at the marina, and at the entrance of the marina mall.
