The good: So firstly, the staff are super nice. I want to make sure everyone knows that my poor review is because of the hotel itself, not the staff. The bad: 1. The shower head was very old so water came out in different directions. 2. The faucet was right beside the basin, so your hands hit the basin every time you wash your hands, rendering the washed hands unclean (unless you super carefully wash them). 3. The TV needed to be turned on twice.

I stayed with family members in Sanrio family rooms which are located in 26/F of hotel. Once yiu stepped out from the lift, WOW… you can see Sanrio around, on the wall, the doors and when you opened room door, it’s hard not to take photos and even videos …… so beautiful and large, again, Sanrio everywhere. Even though we are not fans of Sanrio, the extraordinary theme brings you happiness. Room facilities are sufficient and good. Nothing bad to comment except that it would be more desirable if the bed can be 2-3 inches lower in height.

We booked two Superior Double rooms at the Regal Hotel for four people (including our parents) in March 2025. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some highlights, but there were also a few minor disappointments. This is a classic, old-fashioned hotel with three public telephone booths in the lobby, and the rooms still use traditional keys instead of key cards. The wooden floors throughout the rooms add an elegant touch. The rooms themselves were a highlight — spacious and well-equipped, with very strong air conditioning that allowed us to adjust the temperature freely. The bathroom was also spacious, equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower area.

A lot of marble is used in building materials. The walls in my room’s bathroom (with a heated toilet seat) are fun for fossil fans. I found many during my stay, especially lots of shell-type fossils. It added to the enjoyment of my trip. As a five-star hotel, it is reasonably priced and in a good location, with the Cultural Center Park nearby for a walk, and the MRT Xinyi Guoxiao Station for exploring Kaohsiung.

第一次入住義大的天悅飯店。 從訂房到入住開始乃至到退房，個人總體驗是非常舒適與滿意的😊 可能因我們住房的時段是非假日，原本預定是兩人房，最後飯店端竟然直接為我們做升等服務，變為四人房，房間寬敞舒適，除了飯店該有的服務都有提供之外，最特別的是房間還有提供一個保險箱，非常貼心。 而房間的用品與浴室的清潔度也做得非常好，浴室除了有乾濕分離之外還有浴缸可以泡泡澡，且馬桶也是提供最頂級的智能免痔馬桶。看得出來飯店業者想讓入住的嘉賓們都有賓至如歸的舒適感。 從一開始大廳check in到詳細為嘉賓介紹入住細節，比如特別贈送迎賓飲料一杯與兩張摩天輪體驗券還有隔天免費雙人早餐還有環境簡單介紹……等等皆處處感受到服務的用心與專業。雖然因礙於未來飯店將不提供一次性的備品服務，但因尚在勸導期，故櫃檯還是會很細心詢問是否需要提供備品。 再者因飯店位置剛好在義大世界中，三月天的夜晚微風徐徐，輕鬆漫步在飯店外的廣場，吃吃美食逛逛時尚精品區很是愜意。 而搭乘摩天輪又是另一番人生初體驗。美美的街道美美的氛圍場景，既好逛又好拍，走累了還能在廣場前坐著點杯飲料聆聽駐唱歌手現場的歌曲演唱。很美很棒的夜晚，留下了滿滿的旅遊回憶。 雖然有個小插曲，入住時發現門鎖無法上鎖，馬上通知櫃檯人員，而當班的大哥也很積極要為我們解決問題比如找維修人員。但因我們覺得安全性至少還無虞，只想跟飯店報備一下並無需為我們換房或馬上處理畢竟天色也晚了。結果一覺睡醒發現已經把我們處理好了，真的很貼心且完全沒有打擾我們休息。 最後一個亮點便是早餐的供餐。內容與選項超級爆多，只要您的胃容得下😆 各式各樣中西式任君選擇，食材新鮮豐富，未吃已經令人先垂涎三尺了😋 雖然每個賓客入住經驗不盡相同，但對於第一次入住消費的我們來說，整體體驗是物超所值與對得起五星級飯店的性價比，留此評論是幫有認真服務的飯店業者與人員加油打氣。 未來一定還會再來入住，期待再相會了，也謝謝您們給了我們一個美麗的夜晚🥰.

The location is remote, but there are many shuttle buses. You can refer to the official website for shuttle bus information (can use EasyCard). The hotel is not very new, but it is clean. Currently, due to environmental policies, they do not provide disposable amenities, but you can buy them at the front desk (it’s a bit inconvenient without slippers). The bed is comfortable, the pillows are a bit soft, and the quilt is warm enough; the sound insulation is average.

😃🛬 Arrived in Taiwan, immediately took a taxi to the first stop of the journey, “E-Da Royal Hotel. ” First, I have to give a thumbs up to the hotel 👍 The front desk staff is very friendly! They arranged a “C Block High Floor” room for us! The room is very spacious, 🚽/🚿/🛁 all have separate glass partitions, and there is a small balcony with a large view of an unbeatable green forest area 🌲🌲 🌞 In the morning, you can see many little birds flying outside 👐 The privacy of the room is high, as the 🛀 is next to the balcony; while soaking, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, and there is a large beach chair available, it’s really great, super relaxing for a vacation. 😌 The room doesn’t have carpet, feels quite clean, and the soundproofing is excellent! Special mention 👍 the glass seals around the 🚽/🚿/🛁 are still white, with absolutely no black mold issues, so clean 👍👏 Deservedly a five-star hotel 💯 The hotel facilities are really numerous, including an indoor spa, sauna, gym, indoor golf course (extra fee), outdoor pool with water slides, children’s playground, billiards, table tennis, and entertainment facilities.

E-da is an oldie but a goodie. The place is located a little out of Kaohsiung city, but has plenty of busses to tourist hotspots in the city, which only take 25min of travel time. I can only recommend the double with a view. The room is spacious with an amazing bathroom area. The onsen section is divided by gender and is fully nude.

Transport: nearest mrt is Xinyi elementary school which is about 15 mins walk away for us with kids along. We enjoyed the walk anyway since we could see local stalls or shops selling yummy local food and snacks. Uber can be easily booked from mobile app too. So the distance from hotel to mrt wasn’t an issue for us. We could book Uber easily and picked us up from hotel.

😃 This is my first stay at the “Fuhua Hotel” on the 24th floor, where I can enjoy the beautiful view of Kaohsiung and the swimming pool, which is really great! The hotel has many facilities, including a children’s play area (suitable for children under three years old)! The gym 💪 and swimming pool 🏊♀️ are open from 7 am 🕖 already 👍 The pool has an adult area and a children’s area, and there is also a small massage warm pool for relaxation 😇, plus staff providing towels! 🫶 The front desk staff are friendly! The room is spacious, and the front desk automatically added a small bed for the child upon check-in 👍, the room is quite clean and the soundproofing is good; it lives up to its five-star rating 💯 One area that needs improvement is the bathroom, as there are a few black mold spots on the bathroom glass seal. 😟😟 🥳 The breakfast is very rich 🍌🍉🥗🫙🍜🥚🍞🥬🍠🧀🍚🍨☕🥛.

American family with two young boys, 1 yr & 5yr. Staff were quick and efficient with check-in and check-out. We were walking distance – although not “right next to” – Love River and all the fair that goes with that tourist area. Only a block away from Kaohsiung’s light rail, which takes you to several of the significant tourist areas for $30 TWD (approx. 1 USD) per adult.

We stayed in panorama suite 69th floor family of 4 (ages 1 and 4) 4nights. Pros- view and location, breakfast is good just same everyday. Pool, gym and kids play area great. Sky lounge and restaurants are convienent, also room service. Food was good.
