The property is sophisticated and mixes past charm and elegance with modern necessities. Although room #506 balcony didn’t open due to lack of door handles, we loved how this room kept what looked like the original windows. Absolutely loved the lounge bar. The staff were so wonderful and the wine was divine. Serving cookies with the tea was a happy surprise! The hotel staff in charge of daily room cleaning and nightly turndown service always made coming back to our room a welcoming sight.

The location is absolutely perfect, close to amazing attractions, shopping, restaurants and fantastic for walking. The room was wonderful, elegant, comfortable, very well equipped and it was clean wonderfully every day and had turn-down service every evening. The staff at the hotel is the best part: Every single person with whom I interacted went above and beyond to make us feel like we were VIP. I have never had such a high level of hospitality, warmth, attention to detail and staff that so effortlessly made me feel even better than at home. The food was delicious and the perfect balance of Spanish cuisine and other continental dishes for all palates.

#Advantages – Affordable price – Very spacious for the price – Good location with easy access (most places can be reached on foot and it’s very convenient to use the subway) – In my case, I booked a mixed room but there were 4 people of the same gender (based on a 6-person room) – Individual lockers are available (you need to bring your own lock) – Breakfast is delicious (I think it’s good value for 7 euros) – Bedding and towels are changed daily – Free luggage storage (must come by 11 PM on the day of checkout) #Disadvantages – No individual curtains on the beds – The vending machine in the hallway does not recognize cards (can be used by installing the vending machine app) – The mattress is very soft, or to put it negatively, has no firmness (there was no back pain) – No duvet provided, only a blanket. I used this place for my solo trip as a Japanese woman, and I highly recommend it. The private room is very convenient and clean. Daily housekeeping is also provided. If you want your towels changed, don’t forget to leave them on the floor to make them noticeable. The hairdryer is provided, and the airflow is stronger than I expected.

My experience overall was really good. The room (for 2 ppl): was small but kept clean and there were no issues with it whatsoever. Location: very good, close to public transportation, close to park Guell. It is actually not so far from the city center and busy spots, althou walking it takes 40 minutes. I would recommend watching out for wind – since the location was more high up on windy days it was REALLY windy, but tolerable.

The hotel offered great value for the price, especially for a four-night stay. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool, which is open year-round and provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the sun. Although the hotel is located a bit away from the city center, it is conveniently close to a metro station and two bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. While the room was acceptable, it could have been improved with a few extra amenities.

I am a frequent visitor to Barcelona. I tried many aparthotels in the city – in more central areas, or in more remote ones, but this hotel seemed to me the most suitable in terms of price-quality-location ratio. It is a pity that the hotel does not have a reward system for regular customers: there are no special discounts or other privileges that could increase their attractiveness for me. (they don’t keep long information about the guest ; they see that it was a month ago, but that this is the sixth time I’ve been here, they don’t know). I always take a single room, the cheapest one available at the moment – everything is always clean, normal, comfortable.

We had a great stay at Aparthotel Silver. The location is fantastic, really close to the metro and surrounded by lovely bakeries, many of which were open even on Sunday which was a big bonus. Our room was a good size, very clean, and had everything we needed. The staff were absolutely lovely, warm, welcoming, and really helpful throughout our stay. One small issue was the hairdryer in the bathroom, which was attached to the wall and more like a gentle breath of lukewarm air than anything useful.

We (parents with adult daughter) travelled to Barcelona and stayed here for a week. It’s in the Gracia neighbourhood and the nearest underground station is Joan. The reception is about 7-8mins walk away from the apartment, and check in is done there. The staff are contactable (not 24hrs) by WhatsApp which was convenient. On one occasion the housekeeping had overlooked topping up toiletries which we had requested that morning, and we had to wait till the front desk staff Victor had finished for the day to kindly send it over himself.

Great a/c!!! Comfortable beds and furniture (didn’t use the sofa bed), 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen had everything we needed, room was exactly as pictured, spacious living area, elevator, balconies, washing machine and drying rack, lots of outlets, and very nice and patient front desk staff. While the Internet worked fine, it was super annoying that it constantly logs you out and you have to repeatedly put the password back in to get back on. We were prepared for this so we thought through it and decided to stay here anyway, but it’s in a neighborhood and not close to much. Definitely, Sagrada Família is right nearby which means there are tons of shops, restaurants, bakeries, and bars in that area. That’s all a few long blocks away.

I was only going to be outside and just sleep at night, so location and bed hygiene were the only important factors, and both passed! *Affordable and good location. The subway and tram are close! The common area for guests is spacious, great for charging electronic devices. I didn’t really people-watch, but it seems like it would be good for that, too.

I was a bit scared after reading the reviews, but in the end, I was very satisfied. Honestly, if you choose to stay in the cheapest hostel, you have to keep in mind the compromises that come with it. They give you bed linens during check-in, but you have to put them on the bed yourself. You can choose any bed you like, which was nice. The shower floor is just like the stone floors of old bathhouses in our country.

Nice, tidy small room that just fits a double bed, or in my case 2 single beds put together that would slide apart if I moved too much to the middle of the two beds. I like the eco conscious thinking of the hostel. I didn’t mind the private bathroom sink tap having a ‘push timer’ so the water would automatically switch off after about 5 seconds or so. However, I did find it uncomfortable that the shower also had a ‘push timer’ on the tap. Overall, the hostel is good. The main thing that stood out to me is how clean it is. The bathrooms, rooms, and kitchen are all kept in pristine condition. The bunk beds are comfortable—no creaking. The mattress is firm and quiet.

In Barcelona, most of tourist must be very busy for traveling. We don’t have enough time even for relax. This apartment is very good place for this kind of tourist. It is not so far from the center and it is very close to the metro L3(Leseps). Even the late night, the street is safe.

The staff is very polite and professional, the place is very well-maintained. We had a pleasant stay there for over 10 days, it is situated in the best neighborhood of Barcelona, it is very well connected, the metro is right around the corner, and all of the major tourist checkpoints are easily accessible. If you want a more local vibe the neighborhood is just the right thing for you. The sound isolation of the building is good so you’ll have no problem with traffic sounds or anything else. It is a charming hostel! We are definitely coming back.
