**Review for Kenzi Rose Garden Hotel, Marrakesh** We had an incredible stay at the Kenzi Rose Garden Hotel in Marrakesh, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is set in a peaceful area, making it a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room was lovely, bright, and spotless, with the added bonus of a massive bed that was incredibly comfortable. The towels were changed daily, and the room was consistently well-maintained throughout our stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful areas to relax in, starting from the welcoming reception area where we were treated to complimentary mint tea.

The best thing about this hotel is the pools. There are three separate pools, and they are gorgeous! Lots of lounge chairs, and the staff is good about assisting with umbrella and such. The location is in the Palmairie, which is a newer, upscale area. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as three on site. The breakfast buffet is very extensive, so you’ll find something you like no matter what that is.

I stayed in this hotel for 4nights (July 2024)as a solo traveller; for security, I felt so safe. I really can’t recall the name of the staff I met on my first night, he was really helpful. Location is excellent as its central to lots of tourist attractions and close to the RAK airport. The room was spacious, however, there’s no room flip,For cleanliness, 3.5, this is because they checked me into a room that has not been cleaned after the previous guest checked out, and it took them almost 24hrs to change the bedding. food is a 3. No good option during breakfast,and most of the dishes were salty: the only thing I enjoyed during breakfast was the fresh juice and omelette.

Nice boutique (small) hotel with very polite and helpful staff. Clean rooms. Breakfasts (included) were excellent. Other food/ drink was limited and very expensive – I bought some water for my room from a nearby supermarket (they didn’t like that but were ok with it). The hotel is a little out of the way from the centre of town but there are plenty of taxis available outside.

Pros: Les Trois Palmiers has a soaring atrium, large rooms, comfortable beds, large dining area and a swimming pool. Our room was very clean, with two single beds, a desk, stool, two armchairs, small table, refrigerator, and TV. The bathroom had a shower (lots of hot water), toilet and sink with towels, soap, shampoo The breakfast buffet offers juices (3 types), cold cereal, yogurt, olives, salads, pastries, bread, butter, jam, honey, scrambled eggs (sometimes cold), crepes, cold potatoes, tea & coffee. The hotel is near Avenue Mohammed V, where buses, taxis and a Carre Four supermarket are readily found. Cons: The hotel is in a modern part of Marrakesh, a couple of miles from the medina and popular tourist sights.

Location is very close to everything essential in the new part of the city – shopping center, banks, restaurants, massage, and very easy to get a cab. Having luggage is difficult if staying in the medina because the cab can’t get in due to the narrow streets so I prefer it here. I was also given a huge room because of their availability and late check out because I got sick the last day. Breakfast was filling although I suggest changing some choices like the salami or how the egg is cooked for example, for those who stay more than 1 day. Wouldn’t hurt also for the people in the reception to put on a smile when they attend to customers.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and find it fine, very good value for money and good for a bit of winter sun when the weather at home is miserable. Many of the things in other reviews are true. Some of the food is excellent (especially the tagines at lunch and dinner every day, as well as roast chicken, fresh bread), there is always lots of choice, but it can get repetetive after a few days (like most all inclusive places, to be fair). Wine, beer and gin is good, the cocktails are not great but you don’t have to drink them. Coffee and hot chocolate is nice and always on offer.

At 1st we were bit surprised as to get room location further down far from the reception & pool, however after we slept on it & decided to stay at this bigger size room we’ve been upgraded into (as the highest level 3 member of booking. com😍) and the friendliness of the Staff’s especially Abdel & Ayoub at the restaurant and ladies at Reception (she helped me quickly with the pharmacy to get my hubby meds when he got diarrhea after done with our magical diner show at the Agavay desert) that made our stay more wonderful as this was our 1st holiday ever to Marrakech! Overall we don’t have anything to complaint or dislike😉.
