My stay at Savoy Le Grand Hotel in Marrakech was a dream come true for my family and me. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this is more than just a hotel—it’s a sanctuary of luxury, warmth, and impeccable hospitality that caters perfectly to families. Unmatched Family-Friendly Service: Traveling with two young children can often be a challenge, but the staff at Savoy Le Grand Hotel made every effort to ensure our stay was seamless and stress-free. They greeted my children with genuine warmth, engaging them with smiles and thoughtful gestures that instantly made them feel welcome. From providing high chairs at meals to offering child-friendly meal options and even arranging small surprises for them, the team went above and beyond to make our little ones feel special.

The hotel is nice and beautiful, with several restaurants and lounges to choose from. Very well located. The food is great and they prepare excellent drinks. We enjoyed the hamman bath and massage at the spa. I should start by saying that they turn off the Air Conditioning in the rooms completely, it’s centralized and guests don’t have a choice to control it.

Cet hôtel réserve des surprises ! Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans la description des chambres faite sur Agoda, celle qui me fut attribuée à l’arrivée ne disposait pa de balcon/terrasse; Il m’a fallu insister pour avoir le lendemain une chambre en disposant. Par ailleurs, le coffre-fort dont disposent effectivement les chambres nécessite l’usage d’une clef PAYANTE , facturée deux euros par jour : exigence non indiquée, là encore, dans la description donnée sur Agoda. Mais l’hôtel est assez bien situé ( seules les chambres donnant sur la rue étant bruyantes du fait de la présence d’établissements de nuit à proximité. Pas de problème de wifi. Il n’y a pas de chaîne de télévision francophone.

The hotel was reasonably priced and looked really good. I felt relatively safe leaving my laptop and valuables in the room. However, the key cards stopped working often because of proximity to my phone. Though i appreciated how easy it was to get it fixed & working again i noticed a serious flaw in their security.

As a family of 3 including a 15 month old baby it took us a while to decide on where to stay in Marrakech, we eventually decided on Hotel Opera Plaza and it never disappointed us. The hotel and bedrooms have a beatiful build which combines cultural Morroco with a modern luxury feel. We were blown away with the choice and service at breakfast, our favourite was the freshly prepared omlette/Fried egg and crepe cooked right in front of you and served fresh and hot. The pool area is very beautiful and gives you the feeling of being in a luxurious environment which you can spend hours relaxing in. And lastly the location was very impressive, with the major train stain, menara mall and menara gardens all walking distance, I’d like to mention a special thank you to Abdullilah one of the restaurant managers who took the time to welcome us, make us laugh and ensure we had an amazing experience.

We have stayed there 4 nights. For the really fair and cheap price we payed we are happy with the hotel. The rooms are already a bit older but everything is clean. The cleaners are all very friendly to us and also the reception, they made our bookings for some trips we had and also reservations for the restaurants we have been. The bar is small but nice and we had even some live music there.

The swimming pool area , The furniture so old and scratched, no amenities in the toilet I asked for gel shower they provide lit soap ,no slippers , no Coffe machine or even water heater( if u need u can call the room service each time complimentary but every tile u need to call nd wait). the Breakfast issue : the Coffe doesn’t taste any good the machine always run out of milk , the tea can be anything but not Moroccan ,I stayed with this hotel for almost 10 days sometimes I m having my breakfast out of the hotel because it’s the same thing not variable at all !! I called them before I go to Marakech one day before to ask about the breakfast issue that I read in advance they said no people are saying that but it’s not true !! but I went by myself and I can tell you avoid this option better not !! The staff of reception were sometimes nice but coming to my niece when she visited me they made faces !!i m not creating stories this is the truth.

Staff are very good especially Mr. Idriss in Reception cleaniness of the hotel. AC not centralised, AC Facing the bed is not OK Facilities are less, kids pool must be with water plays and more attractions, adults pool during day must be vacuumed as well due to dead bees, leaves of the palms ect.

**Review for Kenzi Rose Garden Hotel, Marrakesh** We had an incredible stay at the Kenzi Rose Garden Hotel in Marrakesh, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel is set in a peaceful area, making it a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Our room was lovely, bright, and spotless, with the added bonus of a massive bed that was incredibly comfortable. The towels were changed daily, and the room was consistently well-maintained throughout our stay. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful areas to relax in, starting from the welcoming reception area where we were treated to complimentary mint tea.

The best thing about this hotel is the pools. There are three separate pools, and they are gorgeous! Lots of lounge chairs, and the staff is good about assisting with umbrella and such. The location is in the Palmairie, which is a newer, upscale area. There are lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as three on site. The breakfast buffet is very extensive, so you’ll find something you like no matter what that is.
