The location is amazing in the heart of Venice. Can walk everywhere and near to the square. Shout out to the check-in/reception staff and the bell boys – spot on with professionalism! Check-in was easy and seamless. Well done! Housekeeping excellent! Free tour via boat/water taxi to Murano. Loved the energy of the front desk and their willingness to assist with any request! Overall can highly recommend this hotel.

Alex at Guest Relations was extremely kind and helpful. He had the heart and attitude that makes one feel heard and valued. He resolved 2 issues for us and made us want to return to the hotel. Additionally, Fatima, the breakfast waitress, was fantastic. She remembered what we liked each morning and served us with the utmost professionalism and warmth.

The main island was too expensive, so I booked accommodation near Mestre Station. The towel rack?? I guess that’s what to call it, it’s also a machine that keeps warm, so that’s already a win! If there’s hand washing, drying on that would be great. It was so nice to wipe myself with a warm towel after showering! The breakfast is delicious too!! And we arrived two hours early, but they helped us check in early. I don’t know if there’s a separate room for Koreans, but the room I was assigned mostly had 220V outlets and only one Italian socket, which was a bit surprising, haha. But that’s actually good.
Review 2
I wanted to see the night view of Venice and struggled a hundred times whether to go to an accommodation on the main island, but I ended up coming here. The result was very satisfying. When you go to the main island, the roads are really not good and the stairs are high, so there are many people cursing and struggling with their suitcases. This accommodation is right in front of the station, so the security was excellent, and it was very close and nice. You can really get to the main island quickly by bus or train, so you can enjoy the night view well.
The Venice Times
Nestled in a quiet alley within the vibrant Cannaregio neighborhood, The Venice Times Hotel offers a truly charming and elegant escape ^^. This spot is incredibly convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the Venezia Santa Lucia train station, which is a lifesaver if you’re traveling with luggage! While the initial walk down the narrow alley might be a little surprising, it quickly leads to a peaceful haven, away from the main hustle and bustle. The hotel perfectly blends timeless elegance with modern comfort, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that feels both luxurious and totally approachable. Itโs an ideal base to explore nearby gems like the Jewish Ghetto or hop on a vaporetto to iconic spots.

Now this is a hidden gem off the beaten path! We loved the ambiance and coziness of this hotel. Letโs get started. Itโs not facing the grand canal with exquisite views of water boats and vistas. Itโs tucked away not far away from the main train station (easily walkable!) and so thatโs a nice point there. No you canโt hear the trains! Once you enter the quaint entrance youโll be impressed by what the owners have done here.

It’s really great to be so close. Already in the second week of our honeymoon, and we ended up walking a lot from the lodging we chose further away to the sights we wanted to see. Being near a train station or airport is the best!! I wasn’t sure if the old comments were true, but seeing one that said they had a suitcase made me think, ‘Oh.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Carnival Palace hotel for a weekend in Venice. The hotel is great – spanking new, the rooms spacious (albeit dark but I know thats Venetian!) and very clean. Having breakfast included was great. It is a little far away from San Marco and Rialto – about a 30 min walk from San Marco, but if you are prepared for that (and have good weather!) it’s fine. Any hotel of this quality closer to San Marco I am sure would be double the price, so really it’s fine! The welcome drinks were a nice touch, we appreciated that a lot.
Review 2
This hotel is conveniently located in the north of Venice, in a quiet and cosy area. Several shops, bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walking distance meant you could dine out or buy what you need and get back to the hotel in no time. The centre of Venice is only 20-30 minutes away, though if you enjoy exploring every alley, canal and bridge you could go on an all day excursion and still only be a relatively short distance away! Staff were extremely friendly, never failing to greet us and very accommodating. The breakfast was of great quality and gave good variety. The room itself was slightly smaller than expected, but it came with a huge bathroom, and the canal view was a joy to sit and watch.
