Excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was cordial and welcoming. The property is grand, with a central stairway multiple rooms on floor 1, and apparently original fresco’s that have been preserved. Original artwork adorns the walls. Excellent housekeeping and staff! Spacious room for 2 people, and ergonomic too.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. One of the nicest in which I’ve been fortunate enough to stay. A few issues made it wonderful instead of ideal, especially for a hotel at this price point. 1. Thermostat in my room didn’t work. I was told that they could control the temperature of my room from the front desk.

First off, the location couldn’t be any better. It’s near everything you need and want, it’s just so perfect! 👌 From the moment we arrived, the staff were beyond helpful and kind. There was this really attentive guy who was waiting for us right when we wanted to check in. Not only did he help us with our luggage, but he also had a chilled drink at the ready considering how boiling the weather was. A true lifesaver! May I just say that the receptionist was such a delight too? She was incredibly friendly and professional.

Lovely clean room, great aircon, lovely accommodating staff! Great location. Staff were lovely and allowed us late check out, really friendly, and allowed us to have a shower in the room as we were leaving as we were on a later flight. would definitely stay again The water wasn’t hot very cool to luke warm we asked if temp could be increased but was not fixed.

1. Dog Friendly. We took our small dog with us to the hotel and they treated him like a true guest on his own! The staff was super friendly and attentive for our dog. They had given him a dog bed in our room, dog room service, always gave him water during our breakfast/dinner and were overall super friendly for him. 2. Food & Drinks. The food was delicious and high-quality.

i loved the location of the property, is was close to everything! oh WOW and the interior decor of this hotel was beyond amazing, this hotel thought about everything and considered everything when it came to the layout and design of it. a true definition of modern design. it really gave you the sense of positivity. the staff were also very welcoming, friendly and very positive and always willing to help. Other great thing which is just make the whole experience so special, is when you are coming as a family with a child.

Spent 1 week in Rome here. * Staff very friendly and accommodating — they seem to really be working hard for the guests to have a good experience in Rome. Reached out before the trip to help with making restaurant reservations and booking other excursions. Their recommendations for restaurants were mostly good — we had to sift through to separate “great” from “good” and ended up having some really memorable meals. They could help their guests by adding the Google aggregate review scores to their restaurant recommendation list.
