Really beautiful hotel, very modern and new. The staff were friendly and really helpful. Lots of nice little extras like a turn down service at night, frequent cleaning (it seemed like our trash never stayed full for more than a couple hours!). Gorgeous common areas like the rooftop pool and lounge, lobby area, spa and fitness center. Only complaint is that the lighting in the rooms is so modern that it’s difficult to figure out at times, there are buttons by the beds that turn off all lights, including the washroom light, you have to play around to figure out all the modes.

Great location for everyone who likes exploring China Town (so many great restaurant and bar options; not only Asian cuisines. ) The hotel has a lovely rooftop with great views of the city. Decent breakfast option. The service at breakfast was terribly slow and several other hotel guests complained.

Pros: – LOCATION. walking distance to the duomo, restaurants, and shopping. There’s also a pharmacy, grocery, and supermarket right beside the hotel which makes it very convenient – Bed was very comfortable – Staff is very friendly – Gym was clean, new, and well equipped with the basics Cons – When I arrived, a few things already weren’t working with the room i. e. bath tub drain wasn’t draining water, coffee machine was broken and ‘flooded’ the cabinet it was in, the cabinet’s back was already detached which made it hard to plug anything into it – Once, the new bath towel smelled like mildew – During my last night the water was out (no faucet, bath, or flushing) for like 5 hours starting midnight which was highly inconvenient – The room also felt smaller than what was posted on the website (perhaps due to the balcony?) Overall, it was a decent stay.

The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, whether they were at the reception desk, or at the breakfast room, at the restaurant or at the bar. They made us feel really well looked after and they were always smiling, no matter the time of the day. The hotel itself is very well located, central and easy to reach. The rooms were very clean and spacious – we were extremely lucky to be upgraded to a Suite thanks to a wonderful staff who noted it was my 70’s birthday. Breakfast was excellent and the whole NH Collection Experience has been incredible throughout our stay.

I only ever stay in 4* and 5* hotels, so I have a little experience in such facilities. The hotel arranged to collect me from the airport in a beautiful car. ‘Checking in’ was very easy. The room was spotlessly clean, but totally controlled by iPads. This has some good features, but in the pitch black, in the middle of the night, turning on a sidelight in the bedroom becomes a challenge.

I found the hotel excellent, zen-like and comforting after a long trip. However, basic logistics such as hot and cold, on and off, open and close are substituted by over-complex plumbing, ipad room control and an obsession with modern technology that is annoying. For instance, bathroom lights are controlled in another room by scrolling through the ipad menu just to find a basic function such as on and off. Taking a shower is a painful process of solving an impossible riddle as to how to find the temperature function amongst four squares while cold water gushes from above. As architect and interior designer I applaud technology and keypads, but why not in every room? What if the ipad next to the bed becomes mal-functioning? In the end, no matter how advanced or savvy technology progresses, basic “on and off” “hot snd cold” is all we need.

This is a luxury property, a place to see and be seen. I mostly felt very taken care of, and got very good sleep every night. I really liked the spa, although I didn’t have much time to use it. Milan is a great city that I wish I got to see more of, and this hotel is centrally located. The shower had great water pressure.

The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to most places and there’s great access to transportation (Uber, metro, etc. ). Davide from the Concierge team (and the concierge team in general) and Azlan (bell captain) were both helpful, courteous and made our stay more pleasant so thank you both! The bed was also exceptionally comfortable. We arrived straight from the airport to the hotel looking to rest before we kickoff our scheduled plans.

The hotel location is great, right next to Milano Duomo, room is also tidy, neat and clean. However, it is super noisy outside at night. I stayed 4 nights there and every night i found there has a party outside till 2.30am from weekday till weekend. I reflected this problem to the hotel, but they said this is normal and nothing can help. Hotel didn’t include any breakfast but even if you willing to pay by yourself, you also found nothing to eatn as the continental breakfast is super simple and basically no one going there for breakfast.

Wonderful, clean & big hotel room. Location was splendid! We were not able to locate the door of the hotel (Lobby located on 5th level). Signs were not enough to indicate. But once we locate the hotel, we were warmly received by the hotel staff. Our room (suite) has a balcony & overlook the Duomo Milan.
