We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The location was close to the central area – Duomo – and the room was large and beautifully decorated. They also had a lovely cake and decorations to celebrate my daughter’s bday that weekend. I would highly recommend the hotel for a family as it is not easy to find a high quality hotel with rooms large enough for a family with 2 kids. I look forward to going back ! The view from the rooftop where we had drinks as well as breakfast was lovely as well! NA.

Swanky and sophisticated accommodations! The staff were friendly and attentive, food was great, rooms were luxe and high tech, excellent security measures. Would definitely stay again! it was a bit cold in our room, but probably because we aren’t used to sleeping with air conditioning. it seemed when we raised the temp, the system overrode our command and returned to its settings. Overall, there wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, great location – quiet and close to everything, nice breakfast. There were mosquitoes in the room even though the windows were closed. It was late at night so we didn’t call to complain as we didn’t want them to spray or move us to another room as it was too late when we returned from our evening. In the morning, when checking out we explained to the woman at the front desk ( her name was JoMera (not sure of spelling) and instead of saying that she was sorry or any sympathy for our complaint, she said that this is normal at this time of year. Then continued to argue the fact with my husband even when we explained to her that we are based in Tuscany and know about mosquitoes but when staying in a hotel, especially one of your quality, we would expect that there not be mosquitoes in the room that they are cared for and sprayed so that you have the level of comfort at a hotel like this.

From the moment we walked in the door, we were 100% sure, that we had found the perfect place to spend our honeymoon. The presentation of the hotel, the food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner, the size of the comfortable rooms and so much more made the perfect surroundings for us, but one thing stood out: the super service minded staff in all departments all around the clock! They did everything and more for us, and our impression is that it was totally normal for them. This is a hotel for everybody who likes extraordinary service with a smile. The receptionists, the waiters, the housekeeping and the allround luggage staff – we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for the great experience you gave us at our honeymoon!.

This is a luxury property, a place to see and be seen. I mostly felt very taken care of, and got very good sleep every night. I really liked the spa, although I didn’t have much time to use it. Milan is a great city that I wish I got to see more of, and this hotel is centrally located. The shower had great water pressure.

The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to most places and there’s great access to transportation (Uber, metro, etc. ). Davide from the Concierge team (and the concierge team in general) and Azlan (bell captain) were both helpful, courteous and made our stay more pleasant so thank you both! The bed was also exceptionally comfortable. We arrived straight from the airport to the hotel looking to rest before we kickoff our scheduled plans.

We stayed there for three nights and I had difficulty sleeping due to street noise. Trams running outside, traffic and sirens every night. Not recommended if you are a light sleeper. We also heard noise from the adjoining rooms. The breakfast was good, but they crammed everyone in one section of the breakfast room, one could hardly move.

We booked two rooms at this hotel. The location is bit far from the duomo, but close to the fashion district. The rooms are small. We had expected most old hotels in Europe will have small rooms. But they were comfortable.
