I got to meet Shira one of the owners of this beautiful villa resort. It is perfectly perched on the cliff tops looking down towards Diamond beach and Atuh Beach is just a stones throw away (this is the beach you can swin at with caution). The Tree House is a turn to the left and follow the road around and you will hit the car park and just follow the crowd. This one is worth getting up early to see the sunrise. A less than 5 minute scooter/taxi and 15 minute walk (this will get your heart working on a hot day).

What a special, hidden gem. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Nusa Penida: staff were incredible, great food etc. I’d ignore the reviews about lack of water from time to time: this is an island paradise and the water is brought in 3 times a day and the staff do everything they can with the resources they have but naturally there is stuff that drops off the menu as everything has to be sourced from the port when the boat comes in! Which, is very charming. We saw some demanding foreign guests who expected the amenities of a 5* resort whilst on a tropical island…and they should stay away. It was pure paradise for us (and we’re used to 4/5* hotels!) It’s a beautiful place, with incredible views of the sunset, a gorgeous spa and feel totally cared for from beginning to end.

The staff were outstanding. Andy, in particular, was excellent and looked after our every need, whether it be cooking our food, coming to collect us from Kelingking beach, organising a scooter for us to use for a couple of hours. He was a star. The food was excellent, both breakfast (included) and dinner. The room was very spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed, along with a great bathroom.

Andy gives his heart to make your stay enjoyable, Eroule is little shy but he will bring you every where. Cadet and her husband are the owner of the place and they have other business to. Make sure you go to her restaurant. Beautiful spot with nice staff The only thing , was the we should have 2 bottles of water per day.

Overall, 4 out of 5 stars. Decent pricing, I enjoyed the semi-central location, having a restaurant onsite, a market next door, and a few additional restaurants close by. Upon my arrival, Leah greeted me and was very kind and friendly. I was there for 3 nights and that was literally the only interaction with the staff I had, for better or worse. Being in the center of the islands has pros and cons.

The hotel service is excellent. As soon as we arrived in the room, the hotel staff brought us fresh orange juice, which was very delicious! The hotel has a swimming pool, and it’s very pleasant to swim there with friends while enjoying the sunset. The hotel offers dining services, and after swimming that day, we had dinner at the hotel; all the food was very good, and we recommend the pizza and noodles. The owner is very friendly, and while we were swimming, he provided us with free swimming goggles. After dinner, he chatted with us.

Cemoks cottage is cozy and private, it has a nice pool. The owner is super friendly. She helps you to book tours or to rent scooters. We enjoyed her homemade breakfast. The location is a little too far from the beach clubs and restaurants, even though there are some around the property.

the location was close to the harbor (20 min walk), and near markets and a good restaurant. staff was very kind. the breakfast as good, although quite simple. the rooms were ok and they have AC. the pillows were high, the mattress was a little tough, and the shower was cold.
