Stayed 3 nights. 2 Adults 3 teens in 2 X Garden Deluxe rooms. Positives did outway the negatives ( just). Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to Sanur. We do like to stay in different hotels but will go back to ones that especially impress us.

We stayed 24-30 September and chose a Club Room based on reviews that said those rooms were refurbished. If you compared them to the Garden View rooms, you could stretch it and say they were refurbished, but so badly done that it was funny finding each issue. Our Club room was ground floor in the 100 Wing. The waft of sewerage at times was nauseating. We had to stopper the basin plug and shower plug to try to hold down smell.

This iss my second time staying at this hotel, because the price is not expensive and it’s close to Sanur beach and many tourist attractions and restaurants in Sanur. This time I got a room on the 3rd floor but it was huge, clean and comfortable. There are TV and fridge in the room, and also a work desk and sofa in the room. The hotel has a swimming pool and a relaxing area. The hotel lobby is relatively small and uncomfortable, because it is next to a cafe.

The staff here is amazing! Room was very clean and comfortable. Tv and wifi are great. Theyre renovating to offer a new restaurant downstairs. I really didn’t notice the noise. The hotel is clean and central to the beach and within walking distance to a grocery store.

Literally could not have picked a better place for my first stay in Bali. Please note that all photos and research of this place and the area do not do it remote justice. Everything was so clean and lush. The views were fabulous, the bar was fabulous, the setup with the art works, wood work of the building and plants everywhere was stunning. The masseuse here and bartenders was top notch.

Artotel is a good value quality hotel about 5 minutes walk from the beach. We had a late pick up with a hotel driver who was the receptionist ensuring we arrived as arranged – with communication as soon as we touched ground on WhatsApp. We got their most basic room for under $100 (AU) including breakfast. The room is well laid out and comfortable, though designed for couples as when you open the wardrobe door anyone within the bathroom (which has good pressure and good quality toiletries) is seen. Breakfast is good though the very friendly service can be a little slow so timing the eggman and toast was tricky.

After staying for two nights in a budget accommodation just to sleep, I moved to a five-star hotel and it was very nice. From the moment I entered the hotel lobby in a Grab, they prepared for the Grab taxi trunk security check and check-in, and they took care of my luggage immediately after getting out of the taxi. I arrived four hours before check-in, but they quickly prepared the room and notified me via WhatsApp that it was ready. All the staff were friendly and the service was really good. When I contacted the reception for water and towels, they brought them quickly.

This is the resort I chose for a 2-night stay in Sanur. When I made the reservation, I was worried because it was a newly remodeled hotel with very few reviews, but ultimately, I was extremely satisfied and grateful for the accommodation. The facilities were comfortable and clean, and the ocean view from the window was absolutely stunning. I could see the sunrise from the room and fully enjoyed the relaxed and peaceful atmosphere by the beach. The shared pool was truly a healing experience.
