Good hotel, recommended.

There is a metro station right near by the hotel and it took about 10 minutes to get to Syntagma square. Trains are every 5 minutes. Breakfast was good, good coffee. There are two restaurants on 1st floor and on 9th floor, amazing view from the roof top. Staff was professional and friendly, helped us with all our requests.

Very comfortable stay with excellent lounge facilities

1. Room was quite comfortable with a good view of the Acropolis from the balcony (though one had to move to one of the corners for that). 2. Lounge was very good with good snacks and drinks available for possibly one of the longest durations. 3. Buffet breakfast was very good (a little comment below) and the view from the 9th floor was grand. 4. Contrary to some reviews that I read earlier, the hotel elevators functioned perfectly and we were not inconvenienced anytime. 5. Getting Uber taxis from and to the hotel was not a problem.

Exceptional

We loved it! The staff was very polite, and the room was big and very comfortable, we were amazed by the fact that there was 24/7 housekeeping, meaning not only available upon request but also maintaining the rooms at night. to give an example – One of the days we forgot the “do not disturb” on during the day, while we were out of the room. We realized just when we got back late in the afternoon and we saw a message that the mini bar was not restocked because of the “Do not disturb status”.

Perfect location, good food, and comfortable stay.

This property was wonderful. When I got there they upgraded me to the breakfast and to have a room with a balcony overlooking Omonio Square and it’s beautiful fountain. I was unfortunately too busy to have breakfast for all but one day of my stay. The breakfast was phenomenal and I would recommend it for travelers with more time. There is also a restaurant and “fast food” restaurant next door I ate at every night I was there which was lovely.

Hotel was beautiful, staff exceptional, the room”507” was so ackward uncomfortable and tbh dangerous! I got up to go to the bathroom in the night and smacked my head of the tv, my knee the unit and the side table. the room is almost triangular. no space and I paid for an upgrade.

Good value for money

I’d like to start off by saying this hotel is a great value for money. Our room was clean and had everything we needed in terms of supplies. And if it wasn’t in the room, the staff provided it to us upon request. Customer service was awesome. Everyone at the hotel went over and above to make guests happy.

Overall good value for money

First of all I have to say all the negative comments about the location are highly exaggerated. I was a bit nervous to book because of all the comments saying the area is not safe, but as a solo female traveler I found the location absolutely ok, never felt unsafe or anything. The hotel is on a main street, which is very well-lit and has lots of car and pedestrian traffic at all times of the day. The hotel itself was ok, I was only disappointed that I got a room with no light at all, the only window was facing a wall so it was really dark and depressing inside. Otherwise room facilities were great, everything was clean.

A fantastic hotel.

First, let’s talk about the location, which is at the southwest corner of Omonia Square, easily visible when you exit the subway (be careful of pickpockets at the subway station exit). There are staff at the hotel entrance checking in information, which seems to be a measure to ensure guest safety. I stayed with my parents and child in two rooms; the double room had a balcony with a view of the nearby Concord Square and good sound insulation; the triple room was very large, with windows facing a quiet residential area. The double room has a shower, while the triple room has both a shower and a bathtub. The rooms were very clean and tidy, providing enough drinking water, a coffee machine, and compressed coffee.

A week in Athens

We stayed for 6 nights for sightseeing in Athens and Santorini. This hotel has excellent access to everywhere. It is located 2 stations away from Syntagma Station and is at the intersection of the Green Line and Red Line, making it convenient to access many destinations. We could also walk to the Acropolis, Syntagma Square, Monastiraki Square, and Plaka Street. The bedroom was clean and the sheets were nice.
