The people here were all so nice and helpful. All of the staff. From the front desk to the breakfast staff and the people cleaning the rooms. Everybody was lovely and helpful. We rented the suite.

Overall, the hotel has a great look and feel. The lobby is a generous size with plenty of seating and a game area near the bar. The rooftop pool is really cute. We loved the bacon/cream cheese pizza at the rooftop restaurant as well, perfect poolside snack. The bed was very comfortable as well.

The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and they attend to things promptly. They offered me a room upgrade for free and this made a difference over and above my accommodation a few days earlier. The locations is quiet and safe. If you are a first time visitor in Athens, the location may be an issue since it is a bit farther away from central touristic and sight seeing areas, and is about 5-7 min walk to the metro station. However, if you like peaceful areas then this is not a problem.

What a find ! I stayed in Crwone Plaza for five nights and found the place pretty amazing. Situated in a great place of Athens , just 2 metro station (15 mins walk) from Syntagma Central which is a great all day place to visit, where you eat, drink and relax. At first I got a room that had a pretty boring view but this was resolved very smoothly by the lady in the reception who gave me a new and even nicer one. The room was pleasant, clean with a very comfortable king size bed. Hotel staff were warm, friendly and helpful.
