My girlfriend & I stayed here for 3 nights and all-in-all it was a great stay. We were upgraded to a superior room which was greatly appreciated. It seems this hotel makes a big effort to upgrade its patrons whenever possible which is good to see. The first room we were given did not suit our taste (a bit too garish with leopard skin everywhere) but the staff were quick & helpful in finding us another suitable room. One downside of the rooms is they do not have or offer an iron which is a necessity.

One walks into the Saint-James and immediately feels part of “the elite”, luxury reserved to a select few, old gentleman London club. The garden setting is truly amazing in a city where space comes at a premium. The hotel was recently decorated in a avant-garde manner that is simply stunning. The breakfast is one of the most pleasant I have had in a very long time. Unfortunately a few things are completely out of place and simply should not happen when paying that kind of money.

Exquisite hotel – beautifully designed, buzzing and with a distinct character. The neighborhood (16th arrondissement) is very nice – quiet and residential yet chic, with most key attractions within a reasonable 15-20 min taxi ride. Great toiletries, minibar, room amenities. The Evok Conciergerie team is absolutely fantastic – extremely responsive and helped me arrange a smooth and enjoyable itinerary – did not have to worry about a single reservation as all the restaurants I wanted to visit had been booked well in advance per my request, and all requests to reschedule/rearrange were addressed in a prompt and friendly manner. Hotel staff were wonderful and helpful too! The rooms are rather small (even the Superior category) – probably par for the course for Paris, so not really a downside – more of an aspect to be aware of (was pretty tricky to open up a large suitcase in the roomβ¦).

Nice, very small hotel. Room was well appointed enough but had other drawbacks. If you dont mind walking, especially in the evenings, its position is not too bad and the neighbourhood is very upmarket Everything is on the (very) small side, including the entrance, bar, spa, and, ultimately, the room itself which also suffered from a suffocatingly low ceiling. Decor is “middle class furniture store” chic, far from design trends or classic references, but it does make up for its lack of personality with a certain cosy, if slightly fraying, comfort. It offers slightly redundant comforts like dimmable lighting and an odd second TV-in-the-bathroom-mirror gadget thats really only useful for checking the weather and cnbcstock market ticker while shaving.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Keppler. Everything was nicely presented, my room was pleasant, clean and comfortable. The staff was simply delightful and the location was accessible to everything. My work location was about a 40-minute walk away from the hotel, which was perfect to get me energized in the morning and the breakfast offered was delicious and had lots of options. I found everyone to be very kind and welcoming and I have already begun recommending it to colleagues and friends, should they find themselves in Paris.

It was very calm and serene. The Peninsula made excellent accommodations and was able to provide us with an early check-in. Not only did they give us an early check-in, they had a full breakfast waiting for us in our room. There was one mistake made – my son’s stuffed animal got taken away with the sheets accidentally when they were cleaned and he went missing for a night. The hotel found and returned him, with another stuffed animal that had my son’s name embroidered on the back – my son named him Peninsula Bear – and they took pictures of the two stuffed animals on the hotel rooftop overlooking the Eiffel Tower having an “adventure” together (to explain my son’s stuffed animal’s absence) and included a note as well.

Both buses and metro stations were within a 5β10 minute walk, making it easy to get around the city. There’s also a supermarket just 4 minutes away and lots of charming coffee shops in the area. The hotel itself is stylish and well-maintained, and it includes a small spa area with a sauna and a jacuzzi. Overall an excellent hotel. We booked the terrace view room and could clearly see the Eiffel Tower. Room was very comfortable and the lobby staff were really attentive and helpful. Also, communication prior to the stay was great – we could chat through the Agoda app and book an airport shuttle, ask questions about storing luggage, etc. The staff responded very promptly and were very helpful.

In general a great hotel with great people and great service. In the center and in walking distance to the Eifel Tower. The rooms are absolutely overpriced and every little thing costs extra. Also ridiculous prices for the minibar items. We booked a room with terrace.
