It should be noted that the prices of hotels in this area are relatively high, but in terms of location, there’s no need to elaborate further on the hotels in this vicinity. If the purpose is sightseeing or shopping, it is in an optimal location. Considering transportation costs, travel time, and travel schedule, one could argue that despite the somewhat high hotel prices, it provides sufficient value for money and competitiveness. While it is somewhat lacking in scale to be considered a five-star hotel, given that it is a boutique hotel, there are no significant complaints when all other factors are considered. The most satisfying aspects of this hotel are the comfort and cleanliness of the bedding and the friendliness of the staff.

Location was good Overall staff was kind and friendly. One manager at the front desk was rude and dismissive when the cleaning staff entered our room without our request. Mistakes happen, we understand that, but when we tried to find a solution because we were late for an appointment and couldn’t get into our room to shower and dress, this manager dismissed us and wanted us to go wait at the door of our room until the room was done being cleaned. When we refused and told him the room was not near ready, he became a bit argumentative and dismissive, assuring us it was complete. We asked him to go with us to see for himself the room was not complete and cleaning staff were still there.

This hotel is one which really disappointed me in the recent time. Despite beautiful building and superb location, the staff made an experience quite poor. Firstly, due to their new system, during check-in, I was asked to type in manually by myself (!) all my passport details to their system. Afterwards, for two days in the five star hotel they could not provide us any single umbrella!! They literally let their guests go under the rain without umbrella! First time in my life when I don’t see umbrella in the wardrobe in the room in a 5 star hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends or will advise to go there for a maximum one night just to sleep after enjoying all day stroll in Paris.

To find a nice hotel in Paris with no sky rocket prices, space, luxury and comfort is very hard until we stayed here! The price is pretty good for a total luxury hotel. The room is very good in size with a very elegant decoration. The bed is amazing as well. The staff including the concierge and bell boy is very friendly and professional. As a favor they kept our bigger suitcases for 2 days so we could make a road trip in a small car with no hesitation.

Very convenient location and lovely staff. Sadly one or two irritating issues. Firstly, if you stay longer than a few days make sure your door key is properly coded for your stay. We had to ask on four separate times to have new keys to let us into our room, to be finally told that the previous keys were incorrectly coded for the wrong duration. The room safe was temperamental as it eventually turned out the battery was low.

Delighted to share the experience of one of the very good properties in prime location of Paris, Hotel Balzac. With just couple of minutes of action, it was an excellent location, where one never missed any action in the heart of Paris, Champs Elysees. Our room was comfortable and quite clean. Staff was very cordial and prompt in their service. It was a good breakfast but the breakfast space was something that can be worked on as it is a small place right next to reception, which would be better if expanded.

There were absolutely no bed bugs, and the room was maintained in the same condition as when I first entered every day. 2. Estivemos por 01 semana hospedados no Hotel du Collectionneur Paris e foi uma hospedagem totalmente sensacional. O hotel é super bem localizado, lindo, e foi recentemente inteiramente renovado com materiais nobres e ricos, que trazem um conforto e uma experiência visual tremenda desde o momento que se adentra na propriedade. Todo o staff é super simpático, gentil e atencioso. O café da manhã é excelente e delicioso, com dezenas de opções para os mais variados estilos e preferências. O quarto tinha um excelente tamanho, uma acústica fenomenal, e todos os dias era limpo e organizado pelo serviço de quarto.

Location is perfect – 3-min walk to Trocadero that is overlooking the Eiffel Tower. Eiffel Tower is about 10 minutes away by walk. Arc de Triomphe/Champs Elysees is about 20 minutes away. There are restaurants nearby – both expensive and relatively cheap. We have someone on a wheelchair with us and the hotel has good accessible facilities from the moment you enter.

The hotel name changes from Cintadines Suites Arc de Triomphe and we didn’t get noticed, we were in front of the hotel and had no clue that we got it right however finally we figure it out. The hotel is very close to metro stations like 3 minutes walking distance. It has nice restaurants nearby. It is very central. The room is huge and the price we paid in comparison with the value is very good.
