Staying at Cap Estel is paradise! The location, gardens, food, staff, treatments at the spa and our room (Sea View Junior Suite) exceeded our expectations. With only 20 suites and rooms Cap Estel is actually worth the expense (not always with case in the Riviera and Amalfi Coast) because of the privacy one gets, immaculate and up to date sea view suites & rooms, the spectacular location and staff – all are wonderful and make for a truly relaxing and memorable stay.

Everything about this property was an incredible experience. When one thinks luxury and service, Cap Estel goes above and beyond. One truly feels pampered and attended to in an extremely well-appointed space. I will definitely be back! Their gastronomic restaurant wasn’t open the day I stayed here.

We were absolutely blown away by this accommodation. Every detail, from the luxurious bedding to the pillow mist and sparkling chandeliers, made the experience feel truly five-star from start to finish. Absolutely unique place. Neither hotel, nor the flats. Truly luxe apartment 1. Location is amazing. 5 min from NEGRESCO hotel and La Plage beach 2. The villa is the piece of art itself. The interior, the furniture, the garden, it is all about LUXE 3. Monsieur David, the host of the place, is the most gentle and professional man, I have ever met during my travel.

This hotel is an excellent option for the South of France. It’s located on Saint Jean Cap Ferrat which is a peninsula situated between Beaulieu-Sur-Mer and Villefranche-Sur-Mer (both cute little coastal towns along the Riviera). The peninsula, literally nicknamed the Billionaires Peninsula, is quiet and residential with a handful of 5 star resorts. It’s stunning! The way this hotel is located at the beginning of the peninsula makes it easy to access restaurants and sites in Beaulieu-Sur-Mer, Villefranche, Eze, and even parts of Nice by bus or Uber (nothing is SUPER close, but I consider 10-20 min Ubers pretty easy). We were so comfortable at the hotel.

We loved the views, the restaurant ( but humus can be improved) , the service is amazing. Very helpful staff and pleasant ( especially the tall man that helped us with the luggages and car ) and the manager that planned our trip to Eze village – always smiling and nice with our kids. Want to mention also the blonde woman from the breakfast and the dark hair bar man from the lobby bar. Really a great team from the cleaning to the restaurant. From my point of view the thing that makes the hotel imperfect is the breakfast.

From the moment we arrived, everyone we encountered made us feel really good, like we belonged at their beautiful hotel and we were part of their family. It is a truly wonderful place to stay. Our room was spacious, super comfortable and immaculate with a large bathroom that was spotless. The views from our room were spectacular. Breakfast on the veranda was superb with an amazing view.

This was one of the best hotel experiences we have had. The staff were very kind and happy. I believe our room was given an upgrade with out us asking. What a great surprise and we loved every inch of the room. Well, I am just old enough to shy at any hotel room over $1000. But that being said, we have paid $1000 on other rooms in other hotels and they were not at your service, care, or elegance level.

Beautiful renovation of a former convent. The hotel only opened in early 2024. The view from the pool and its terrace, on the top-most level of the grounds, is a panorama of Nice and Vieux Nice at your feet. It is actually just below the Panorama de la Vielle Ville de Nice on the Colline du Chateau. The whole complex of buildings, both the original convent buildings and the new accommodation wing, are superbly done. Do not be disappointed if you are allocated a room in the new wing, it is gorgeous and so sympathetically designed in character with the original.

The location is great and right at the top of Old Town Nice with tons of restaurants and bars within a block walk. Also easy walk to the market and the water. The convent courtyard is a nice sanctuary and the outdoor pool has an amazing view. The Roman baths are also peaceful and luxurious. I also had a spa treatment with Clarice, who was great.
