We stayed here for a night to relax on the way to Kotor from Hvar and before a later stay in Dubrovnik old town. It felt like a well established resort hotel. The hotel was located at the hilly edge of a large wooded park commanding fantastic view of ocean and pretty islands dotting it. There were outdoor swimming pools and an indoor swimming pool with hot whirlpool. Our room had marvelous views and separate living room and bedroom.

Nicely designed rooms and well appointed. The fixtures and furnishings, however, were worn from traffic and abuse. The carpeting in the hallways and room were full of stains and need replacing. Lovely location. We got the sense that this hotel gets a lot of business travel/events, tour groups and weddings.

Everything about this hotel is excellent!! Our room was huge and overlooked the old city of Dubrovnik and the beach, making it the perfect view to start and end our day. Since the room was so spacious, we had plenty of room to unpack our bags and sit comfortably. The complimentary breakfast each morning was incredible. Not only was the selection was extensive, but the staff was fantastic. They would take us to our table, bring us our coffee orders, and offered us a selection of made to order breakfast meals – all included in the complimentary breakfast! The views from the breakfast patio were also beautiful and made each breakfast extra enjoyable.

The location was perfect, just a few monitors from old town. It has great parking facilities which was a must. The room was fabulous and the hotel was kind enough to give us an upgrade for our anniversary. It has the most beautiful view of the sea. The facilities were good, the outside bathing area was quite nice, and the large cordoned off swimming area was fantastic.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Lacroma (halfboard), with our 2 year old son. The hospitality and kindness of the staff was unmatched and the food was great at breakfast and dinner with an array of options. We liked that there was an indoor pool as well as the outdoor ones. We especially loved that we could access Tiren hotel for Mora land which was brilliant for kids, along with their pool and the beach at the President hotel which we very much enjoyed. We spent an evening in the the majestic old town which was easily accessible from a bus stop outside of the hotel.

The lobby staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast buffet was good, pool area nice and location with a panorama view of the sea was awesome (recommend booking a seaside room). Not very (small) child friendly. It is literally impossible to get around with a stroller โ there are steps and stairs Everywhere and there is eg. NO way to get to the pool area without having to climb up or down stairs. I don’t recommend this hotel if you’re in a wheel chair or travelling with a small child/stroller.

For sure, Rixos Premium has most privileged location in beautiful Dubrovnik: lovely seaside, but so very close to the old town area. The Hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous and perfect in every sense, so my Mother just loved her Birthday stay. The room was very elegant, high floor and with luxury sea view, the bed was very comfortable, everything is very, very high standard. At the spa, my Mother really enjoyed the heated pool, because it was really warm just as she likes. All the breakfasts and dinners were delicious, especially soups and fish for the dinners.

We returned to this hotel for one night on our way back from Montenegro. We absolutely love it on our previous trip and were keen to visit again Positives Amazing views Great staff Big rooms with really nice views of the ocean and large balconies Great breakfast and selection Access to two pools and the ocean Great facilities Easy enough to get to the old town Amazing lobby and bar areas Clean rooms Detractions It has got expensive, food and drinks by the pool area and bars were 2-3x more than our stay in 2022. That being said we noticed that all of Dubrovnik is now more expensive, comparable to London or Paris. This can be avoided by eating elsewhere but you shouldnโt have to Very little had changed from our previous stay and some of the decor and facilities have had a bit of wear and tear, so would be due an upgrade or lick of paint soon It feeds into the first point of it feeling hard to justify everything costing a lot more for the same experience I feel our stay was so amazing the first time that it has perhaps had a negative impact on our thoughts this time around as it didnโt live up to it That being said I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

We stayed in the hotel for seven days in February 2024. We had a classic room and half board. An average-sized room with a sea view, well equipped. The beds are very comfortable, and the pillows are too soft for me. Bed linen is changed every third day and towels every day. The room is cleaned every day.

The location is just fine as it was near a bus stop and a nearby beach. Old town City is also a 25-minute walk, or by bus just 5 mins. A dubrovnik pass would be really convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean, has wide toilet and bath and i am thankful to have a Balcony which is facing the pool. The pool is also ok, wifi is strong.

Lovely hotel with lots of buildings, they are not quite connected but with your key card it’s a short walk between them. Even though we visited in peak summer a lot for the restaurants/bars were very quiet and their options were almost identical, every meal is โฌ20+ Our only let down was breakfast in the castle restaurant, if was very chaotic and took a long time to get any food as most of the areas were empty and under restocking however they then cleared everything immediately at 10:30 even though there were still queues of people. All the days we were there we had to wait for a while for tables to become available and then be cleared only to then not actually be able to get a meal as items were cleared away. Lastly the floors were very slippery and unsafe with many children slipping and falling and even a member of staff with a tray full of plates fell while we were waiting in the catering area for food.

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and had an amazing stay. All of the staff are friendly and attentive. The hotel is very well maintained and has high standards. The location is great if you want an amazing view of the sea and close to many bars and restaurants. We enjoyed a stroll along the beautiful promenade each day.
