Absolutely fabulous. Very modern, clean and spacious. Rooms are great , lovely bathroom and balcony with side sea view. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. I had requested in writing 2 days before my arrival a lower floor as I am uncomfortable with elevators but unfortunately they could not accommodate me and said that they upgraded me to a better room but on the 9 th floor and assured me that their elevators were very safe.

The room was nice and the spa with indoor/outdoor pools were also nice. We really liked the balcony and the view of the coastline from our room. The breakfast had a lot of options. We did not have a great check in process and our shower leaked. The area where the hotel is under construction and there are were not many things to do in the area.

Breakfast had a good selection, although fresh fruit selection was not always great. Some days, mostly bowls of chopped up orange/ grapefruit. Better selection of melon and pineapple would have been great. At this price per night I would have expected this daily. Although the bed was made up as a double.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very roomy. The room was cleaned daily if we required it, including changing towels. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Especially Karlo on the front desk who was very patient and understanding helping me arrange a flight home when my father was sick.

We loved that upon arrival we were told we had been bumped to an executive suite. It was spotless, comfortable, very quiet and absolutely perfect. We loved having 2 bathrooms especially the one with the tub. The pool and hot tub were a bonus. Ivan, who greeted us was welcoming and helpful in recommending a great spot for dinner only a 10 minute walk away.

Everything was perfect. Room was spacious and had the best view to the ocean. Hotel was gorgeous, spacious, several restaurants, pool and access to the beach were awesome too. Staff were friendly. Location was perfect, 10min drive to the center of Split (we preferred to Uber there so we did not have to deal with finding a parking spot).

Great amenities such as the spa and a vast breakfast, an outdoor pool — though I went to the beach instead. The design of the rooms are as you’d expect, thoughtful, unobtrusive, very good beds, etc. Overall a very enjoyable stay. On arrival the lobby had an overwhelming odor of strong perfumes. It seemed the hotel was masking something that may have occurred earlier.

Great hotel, had high expectations from other reviews which were exceeded. Family Room was very spacious and almost perfectly clean. Minibar was quite expensive but that wasn’t surprising. Location was perfect for the event I was attending in Split (Ultra Europe), being close to the park and the beach, but further away from the city centre, which wasn’t an issue. The reception is open 24/7 which was very useful in my case; apart from one less friendly employee at the reception in the evening, the hotel overall was very accommodating for my wishes (I needed to store my baggage overnight), staff was nice and forthcoming.

The room was nice and comfortable, except maybe for the bed and pillows which I would rate below average in terms of comfort, but that is subjective and it certainly wasn’t too bad. Location is what it is, your view is straight at other industrial building’s wall, but it is reflected in the price, so I can’t complain much there. Shower head holder on the other head, I’m going to complain about. It was broken and duct taped in place, so it wasn’t adjustable anymore – that sucked! The breakfast was average at best, but that could also be because I came fairly late.
