This hotel is one of the nicest I have ever stayed in. The rooms are beautiful and spacious for Europe and the bathroom is fantastic. The lobby and bar are great. The only con I would mention (and this is probably just a matter of taste) is that I did not care for the restaurant menu selection. I wouldโve liked more main course selections But all in all this is a fantastic hotel.

Lots of simple things went wrong – and the staff handled them poorly. Air conditioning didnยดt work upon arrival. Reported it twice; when we came back from dinner, it still didnยดt work. No proactive contact by the hotel to explain. When I went back to the reception, they just said “the maintenance staff had left already”.

We stayed for one night at the Emperor Bonaparte Suite – family of three. We loved the lavish interiors, comfortable beds, fluffy white towels, spacious rooms and have our afternoon tea in the sun room while hearing the pigeons cooing at the veranda. We enjoyed the central location as well as the privacy to the entrance of the building and the suite making it feel more like home. We also had the benefit of having a tour of the palazzo by the owner, which is much appreciated as we learned about the history of the Palazzo and the Ruspoli family. We hope that the book for the Palazzo will be translated in English soon – it would have been nice to have an English version in the room to learn more about the rich family history behind the regal architecture.

I am truly impressed to have stayed in such a wonderful palace! When you open the heavy wooden door, the mausoleum is right in front of you. To the left, there are stone statues lined up in a corridor leading to the stairs. There’s also a lovely antique elevator. Beyond the large wooden doors, there are individual rooms. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.

This place is a Fairy Tale. A turn of the century mansion with high ceilings, grand stair cases, hallways, etc. This place made my wife’s trip. The staff was fantastic, there are only 12 rooms (although if the rest were like mine, my “room” was a huge bathroom, walk in closet, huge bedroom with sitting area and a separate living room), so it’s really personal service. The staff will do anything for you.

Villa Spalletti is a beautiful, Roman villa located in a quiet, upscale part of town walking distance to everything. We chose it for our trip because we wanted a charming, classically Italian, luxury boutique hotel as opposed to a glitzy chain. Spalletti was exactly that and more. It is elegant, old world, but with modern amenities and comforts. The family that owns/manages the villa has a collection of art and antiques which fill the hotel making you feel you are visiting them for your stay.

This is the second time that we have used this amazing boutique hotel as our โhubโ while traveling across Italy. It is ideally located – just a few minutes from Spanish Steps and Trevor Fountain, Convenient to walk to all designer stores during the day, and head back for some rest, before going out for dinner. The Michelin Star restaurant is amazing. But we found the rooftop bar and restaurant even more spectacular – great food, great views of at least 11 Duomos, and great service. Especially want to thank the staff for their โservice with a smileโ – Natalya and Jubair for all the arrangements.

The location is excellent and while itโs right where you want to be itโs also two streets over from the hustle and bustle so provides more privacy and quiet. The staff was beyond helpful, they gave excellent recommendations and went above and beyond for us when they were informed it was our honeymoon. The decor of the rooms was beautiful, luxurious and tasteful. The beds were very comfortable and the maid service did an impeccable job. Turn down service every night was a treat to come home to.
