The hotel is very, very good for what you’re paying. Pros: 1. Central location. It’s considerably close to Catalunya and Universitat Metro Stations. I personally did a lot of walking during my stay. 2. Friendly staff.

The location is excellent, and the room is clean. The bed-making was also wonderful. There is a free drink corner on the zero floor, one floor down from the lobby, which was very nice. There are two issues: 1. There is no lock on the bathroom door. Moreover, there is a slight gap in the glass door, so sounds can be heard normally.

Everything. From the moment we walked in we felt so welcome by Leandro (front desk) and Nicolas. They were both so very helpful and informative throughout our week stay. I received a parking ticket in Segovia and they went out of their way to try and help me get this resolved. Their English was exceptional and my Spanish was not.

This is a really satisfying accommodation for a 4-night stay in Barcelona! There are many advantages to the hotel, but the first thing you’ll feel is the kindness! The person working at the lobby was always very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, which made me feel really good! The room condition feels slightly old, but there were no issues using the bathroom and bedding, both of which were clean! Also, the room is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate two open suitcases! The location is somewhat far from the Plaça de Catalunya, but it’s actually a bit on the outskirts, making it quiet. However, it’s not so far that you feel unsafe walking around, so the distance seems just right! The subway station is a 7 to 8-minute walk away, and the bus stop is 3 minutes away, making it convenient to move to tourist spots! One of the best advantages of this hotel is that there is always water available in the lobby!! When traveling in Spain, you usually have to buy water, but here you can always drink water in the lobby, which I found very useful throughout the trip!! I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a decent place in Barcelona~!!!.

Zara, Massimo Dutti, and other places are within walking distance, as well as the Gothic Quarter, Casa Mila, and Casa Batlló! The subway and trams from the airport or train station are nearby, making transportation convenient. Noce location! You can walk to the Gothic Quarter, Casa Mila, Casa Batlló, and a big branch of Zara and Massimo Dutti is very near. The reception staff greeted me with a smile every time I passed by, which was nice. They also offered free baggage storage before check-in and after check-out, making my travel comfortable. I didn’t request breakfast, so I didn’t try it, but there’s a coffee vending machine in the same area where you can serve yourself with free coffee 24 hours.

During the Merces Festival, accommodation in Barcelona was very expensive, so I initially looked for hotels near Plaça de Catalunya but ended up booking this hotel which was a bit farther away. The location turned out to be convenient as it was easy to access tourist attractions by walking. There’s a bus stop nearby, and the subway station is also close. The hotel entrance is narrow, but having to go through the front desk to enter the hotel gave me a sense of security later on. The room had wooden floors, which I preferred over carpeted floors.

We had the pleasure to stay here during the X’mas period and we were totally impressed! First off, the staff were FABULOUS from the beginning till the very end. I hope I managed to remember all their names but front desk Margarita super sweet & smiley, Antonio- who went over and beyond to help check tickets etc for us, Godrey- always so welcoming with a smile n helpful. At breakfast, Washington was always so cheerful and greeted us with a warm “Good morning family” everyday & v quick thinking on his feet n very quickly brought me a pot of hot water 4 my tea among other excellent qualities he displayed. On X’mas night, we went to redeem a drink at the lobby bar and was met by one of the nicest service staff ever! I am so upset I forgot his name but he was incredibly smiley, Polite & pleasant. He served us our drinks happily, after his female colleague, who seemed visibly upset we were redeeming our complimentary drink went to complain at the front desk about something.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at! While many hotels abroad have a lot of stars, they often fall short compared to Japanese hotels, but this hotel is comparable to Japanese hotels. The staff were all kind, and their English was easy to understand. The room was very clean. The shower provided plenty of hot water, and the amenities were plentiful. There were slippers, but no bathrobes.
