Great view, no doubt about that, huge room and the hospitality of the staff, especially Reynalda were exceptional. We are very much happy with our stay with them. If you’re looking for something different from the standard “hotel-room style” accommodation, then this is the perfect place for your stay. The suite gives the feel of a cavernous space set inside a mountain. Rustic and absolutely charming would best describe it. The accommodations aside, I fell in love with the staff. Everyone was so welcoming and thoughtful and just so very determined to make your stay the very best it can be.

Room: Clean, comfortable & cozy setting. Love the spacious room space we get and every little details of the room decor. The small tiny window at the shower area is a plus point where you get to enjoy the view while showering. Location: Perfect location to travel around. Just next to the three bells of Fira and 10 mins driving distance to the square.

We arrived just after midnight for a 5 night stay at exclusive plan suites and met by the lovely lady from reception to check us in and show us round our apartment. From start to finish she was great with us, booking. Excursions to sorting transfers to airport out. The suites itself are something else!! Set on the hillside of Thira overlooking the caldera, just like heaven! No noise , people passing by the suites it was just perfect. The suite was cleaned daily and can’t fault the cleanliness of the place.

If you’ve never been to Santorini, I have to say beware of where you book. There are two main towns – Fira the capital, and OIa which is about 20 min away by car. Both are picturesque. And both are basically shopping and restaurant Meccas for tourists. Perched in the side of mountains both overlook the sea and the views are stunning.

The hotel was beautiful! We had great views of the early morning sunrise on the water and we were able to walk a short distance for the amazing Santorini sunsets. The pools were beautiful and our private hot tub was so nice! The facilities were well-maintained. The staff members were welcoming and extremely helpful. They arranged a taxi when we arrived by ferry. They gave us lots of good information on how to get around.

I stayed in Santorini during the last week of December and since the time I landed till the time I left, I did not have my luggage as Aegean/Olympic Airlines had misplaced it during my arrival connection. With no extra clothes or any other necessities, it was a very stressful stay where we did not get to enjoy much. But what made a tremendous difference was the place I stayed at. Tataki Hotel not only got my clothes washed for free (since I didn’t have a change of clothes), Antonio (the gentleman who heads the hotel), actually took us to the airport in his own car on the 3rd night to check on the status (since Aegean was not answering me properly) and also dropped us again the next day when our flight was departing. He also gave his number to the Airport incase the luggage was retrieved, and made a million calls for us to their unhelpful helpline.

It seemed hard to find it but it truly is centrally located in Fira/Thira. Very close to bus station and restaurants. Great point to get out and find tour operators around, lots of shopping too. The staff is very friendly and kind. I enjoyed every part of it.
