Utilized during the year-end and New Year holidays. Since I chose a luxurious hotel in New Dubai for the latter part of the trip, I opted for this hotel with a focus on cost-effectiveness due to budget constraints. I believe it had good cost performance with the following features: – The location is near Old Dubai, making it convenient for sightseeing in Old Dubai. – It is within walking distance from the metro (about a 10-minute walk), and the area around the station is bustling, so I could stop by a supermarket or have a meal before heading back. – The hotel itself is somewhat old, but the air conditioning works well, and hot water is supplied properly.

Excellent location and shangri-la provides shuttle to Dubai Mall. We were offered club lounge access (breakfast, afternoon tea and happy hour) at extra cost which we took. Unfortunately we felt itโs not worth the $$$ we paid. Breakfast selection on the 41st floor is very limited and same food daily, likewise for the afternoon tea and happy hour. The timing for happy hour is too short, thus only used 2 happy hours for the 6 nights we paid.

I have 5 remarks: 1- The 2 outdoor showers of the pool must be adjusted. It does not work well. I did remake your work I do not know if they told you. they say yes yes yes but in the end they do not do anything. 2- The pool floor is very dangerous, my daughter slipped and it hurts.

I was expecting a lot when I booked the property since it was rated as a 5 star and it is under Minor group. Hotel place is great near to restaurants, shopping stores, groceries, accessible to get taxis and metro station. Room is very comfortable and spacious thanks for Asad for making our room everyday, and very professional in addition he knows the best time to come as were not early bird person. The bell boy attendants are so kind greeted and smiled to us every time they see us. And the lady on the door was nice as well.

We stayed in a 1 bed apartment on the 9th floor with our 1.5 year old daughter. She slept amazingly in the cot provided, as did we in the very comfortable bed. Breakfast was included in our booking and it was fantastic. Coffees, fresh juices, huge selection of food each morning and eggs made to order. Location is great on The Walk.

We truly enjoyed our stay mostly because of the hotel. The location is wonderful; a short 5-7 minute walk to the Dubai Marina Mall and DAMAC Metro Station. The area is clean, quiet and elegant. The hotel is also connected to a long strip of outdoor cafes and restaurants. Breakfast is rich, service is excellent, staff are very friendly and attentive.

Hotel is clean and the beds are comfy. The pool is almost private(most of the time weโre the only people there) City view from the room is nice. Checkin is very easy. The restaurant staff, especially Christina, is very nice and approachable. Sheโs one of my most favorite people in this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. , especially to help us when we had lost an item of luggage. The room was spacious as well as the bathroom and the bed was very comfortable. Initially we did not realise the hotel has a free shuttle service to Dubai mall and also how close we were to the train line, approx a 5 min walk and much cheaper than taxi rides. Only let down was when we first arrived and were pestered to pay to upgrade our room, but we declined then we were offered a cheaper buffet rate and then even offers for dinner! After arriving at 2.30am we really couldnโt process this info and just wanted to get to sleep! Despite this, Iโd choose Bonnington again as everything else was fantastic.
