Stayed 3 nights. 2 Adults 3 teens in 2 X Garden Deluxe rooms. Positives did outway the negatives ( just). Enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to Sanur. We do like to stay in different hotels but will go back to ones that especially impress us.

We stayed 24-30 September and chose a Club Room based on reviews that said those rooms were refurbished. If you compared them to the Garden View rooms, you could stretch it and say they were refurbished, but so badly done that it was funny finding each issue. Our Club room was ground floor in the 100 Wing. The waft of sewerage at times was nauseating. We had to stopper the basin plug and shower plug to try to hold down smell.

Stayed 4nights. Service was above average, they try their best, i will elaborate more and not nitpick too much. Room is spacious for 2, clean and the bed was really comfortable! They offer turn down service every night as well. Lagoon pool is clean and quiet. Buffet breakfast spread has a great variety and quality, more than some other big branded hotels.

The Regent is a recently opened luxury hotel in Sanur area of Bali,located on the beach at Sanur easily accessible from the airport (20 mins). The building has impressive design and architecture and is furnished with local type furnishings and artwork. The rooms are stunning with wonderful open vistas, from an ocean view suite. (note there are no beach view rooms – the hotel layout means that ocean view rooms are viewing the sea over the beach front pool and restaurant building). The rooms are laid out such that the rising sun floods in directly onto the bed in the mornings (there are blinds to block this out, if you wish).

We wanted a low key restful break at a luxury hotel in Bali where we could make trips into the hinterland to see Bali culture and experience the sights. The Regent is only 6 months old and so all the facilities are in top shape. The hotel is well designed for privacy from the surroundings, but its clear the owners have intended to create a high quality resort. The bathrooms even in the standard rooms are 20sqm, the rooms are 92sqm. The pictures in the website accurately represent what you will experience when you arrive.

I stayed on the second floor in a one-bedroom suite. It’s a small resort hotel, and since there are many middle-aged and older guests, it’s a quiet place to spend time. You cannot access the seafront promenade directly from the hotel grounds; instead, you have to walk about five minutes through a side road from the main road to reach the sea. The restaurant by the poolside and room service are available, and the menu offered a good variety. Breakfast choices included American, continental, French toast, nasi goreng, mie goreng, and Japanese bento, along with juice, a fruit plate, and either coffee or tea.

A great couples getaway for 4 nights in a one bedroom villa. The villa and overall complex had everything we needed with the option of staying within your own space or joining others in the bigger pool area. The villa itself was amazing. We absolutely loved the outdoor shower. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding and pillowes were all very clean, as was the overall venue.

At Mahagiri ALL the staff have excellent customer service training. It starts with check-in and a thorough orientation to your villa so you know how all the appliances work! You are informed which butlers are on duty so you know who to contact if there is any problem. All staff are helpful, for example, the housekeeper could not answer a question about the garden lights, so he contacted a senior person who came to the villa immediately to assist. The gatekeeper carried my bags when there was no porter nearby. Restaurant staff inform housekeeping so they can service the room while you are at the restaurant.

Very private accommodations. We thoroughly enjoyed our private pool after days in Bali’s heat & humidity then into our comfortable air conditioned bedroom complete with insect repellent! Our villa was exactly as pictured in the promotional material. Included breakfast in the on-site restaurant each morning was a great way to discover Balinese foods with an extensive menu. We enjoyed 2 dinners there as well instead of going off site. I had a really wonderful massage with Devie and Jay enjoyed his pedicure.
