I stayed for 7 nights and 8 days. The prior inquiries were responded to quickly and politely. On the second day of my stay, there were issues such as a lack of spare towels, the bathroom not being cleaned, and a lack of replenishments, but improvements were made from around the third day, and I was able to enjoy a comfortable stay. Although it was a single room, it was spacious enough to comfortably open my suitcase, and the bathtub was large and nice. However, the refrigerator was full of paid drinks, making it inconvenient since I couldn’t put my own beverages in it.

I stayed in a single room for four nights. The room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioning. The bathroom had a large bathtub, and the hot shower was perfect. There were also amenities provided. The reception staff were friendly, and especially a slightly tall female staff member with black hair and black glasses (whose name I didn’t catch) greeted me in Japanese with “Good night” when I returned and received my key.

From the moment we arrived at Steigenberger, we knew we had made the right choice. The hotel exudes a blend of classic elegance and modern comfort, and every part of our stay exceeded expectations. The location Communication by staff at the reception could be improved. During our check-in we were asked for a credit card on file. When presented with the POS, there was an amount displayed that was higher than the total due for our stay. We asked whether this was just to have a card on file or if there was a payment involved. We were told that it was actually a deposit, this being the first time the deposit was mentioned.

Perfect in so many ways. This hotel has both rooms and apartments and each is different. Our experience with apartment 400 was wonderful. We stayed for 23 nights and it felt like a luxury flat right across from Karlsplatz and the Opera House. The metro, literally steps from the door, but it was such a beautiful walk through Christmas lit Karntner to Stephansplatz and Graben Street we only used it to travel further.

A great accommodation location for tourists in downtown Vienna. The price seems reasonable considering the local cost of living. It’s convenient to use the U-Bahn. I arrived by subway from Vienna Airport. When you get tired from walking around, it’s nice to come back and rest at the accommodation before heading out again.

In Vienna, if you’re staying at any spot on Ringstrasse, you’re fine. The hotel is minutes from Schottentor Hub Station, allowing you enough choices to travel around the city. The front house staff were superb and friendly. The breakfast was exceptional. The rooms that we booked are more or less the legacy of the classical European hotel architecture, which is quite new for us.

The hotel is good but definitely not a 5 stars. A good 4 stars. I have been to 5 stars across the world and the facilities are higher than in this hotel. We were upgraded to a “junior suite”. Can you imagine a suite without Sofa? That was the case.

I have stayed in so many 5* hotels and I can tell you that this one is by far the most sophisticated and cozy/ friendly hotel I have been to. The cleanliness is to the highest standards. They have small details in their interior design which makes it unique and yet very discreet & chic. Staff is very polite and helpful and i think this is what is takes to make a great establishment. From The valet standing outside to the nice restaurant staff “in clin d’œil to Enzo de la Champagne-Ardenne” & all the rest of the staffs are all so welcoming n knowledgeable.

The property it top. I have stayed in Kempinski, Ritz and Hyatt in Vienna and I really liked the Amauris choosing Relais & Chateaux as we often stay in their properties. Our room was amazing and we had all we needed. The property is just recently renovated and opened. Location is perfect cannot be better.

The concierge in the hotel is super & excellent and all the people their are very helpful and have very good knowledge of the recommended restaurants and attractions. More than one concierge, based on their day shift, assisted me with choosing the delicious restaurant (such as Toya Restaurant) and also with booking train and tour to Salzburg. The bed was not that comfy, and when I told the reception at the check-out, they said, if I told them before, they would add additional layer to the bed and change the bellows.

The Breakfast and dining area. Very elegant. Worth staying just for that. The swimming pool and the facilities around d it were also wonderful. The entrance – DULL and not clear it was an entrance.

It was a cold and snowy week but the hotel was a lovely welcoming and warming retreat after lots of walking across the beautiful city of Vienna. Breakfast was delicious, a different fruit smoothie and egg dish every day. Help yourself to tea, beer and a meatloaf roll in the afternoon reminded me of the wonderful ‘Happy Hour’ in Tel Aviv. I dropped one star just because it would be good to have tea/coffee in the room or somewhere so you can have a cup before bed. While my husband used the sauna, I played the piano in the lounge (with headphones so as not to offend anyone).

The hotel is attractive in modern design , the use of wood and leather finishes together with the orange of other materials brings a warm feeling. The rooms are very well planned and spacious , areas for laying about , reading , small meetings makes a guest feel home. The hotel and its inclusions are plann d to give guest a home feeling. Breakfast is copious and various selections are available, the Chiefs are on hand and willing to satisfy the guests wishes , the service is very attentive. Being locate in the city centre , closer to the Danube allows to jog along the river where there are very beautiful park areas ; five minutes walk and Vienna embraces you.

The bathroom was clean, it provided one time use slippers. The pillow was comfortable as well as the covers. The included breakfast was good and a wide variety of things to choose from. It had a card entry system(personally view it as a downside, but I understand why for some it’s an upside) using non Mifare Classic RFID chip(which is the upside(not easily(/impossible (at the time of writing)) clonable)). It had a safe.

The location was pretty good. Not directly next to subway or tram or going-out locations, but everything within 5 minutes of walking distance. There is someone at the reception 24/7 and staff is extremely friendly. We got a very good price for 3 adults (1 room) with 3 individual beds, which is nowhere else to be found in Vienna’s zone 1; most other hotels require 2 rooms or only offer a sofa bed. The hotel is pretty small, the “twin”-sized beds are only 80cm wide, which is minimum size.
