We had such a fantastic time at Diamond Hotel in Amsterdam! From the moment we arrived, the experience was top notch. Iryna checked us in and she was absolutely lovely so warm and welcoming, which really set the tone for our stay. The room design truly impressed us. My husband and I loved how thoughtfully everything was arranged. The space is very well utilized, with every detail perfectly placed it felt both stylish and functional.

It is of modern furniture. The staff were so nice especially the Caribbean concerge, I totally forgot his name but he was the nicest, most helpful and caring. The rooms are of very small size, the shower and toilet are just in two different locations and tiny. ุจุงุฎุชุตุงุฑ ู ุง ูุณูู ุงูุณุนุฑ ู ู ุง ููุธููู ุงูุบุฑู ุนุฏู. The room is not cleaned properly, they told us we have to remove everything from the bed so they โcleanโ and by this they meant just to do the bed which makes no sense.

the room was huge and the hotel is STUNNING Fast elevators , arrived as soon as you press the button itโs right at the center of most attractions , just 15 minutes walk from everything. the hair dryer was just incredible , my friend dried her hair in like 3 minutes everything was digital and you could use the website & app for everything, from room service to ordering new towels the staff was extremely friendly & kind , especially fabiana and at the lobby there was a stand for candy & water. the bed was extremely uncomfortable , we both woke up aching the ac was none functional, even for the most techy person & with instructions it was hard to use & too hot in the room we wanted to do an early check in because there was a room ready BUT they asked 60 euros , itโs almost like another night , the pricing is insaneโฆ.

The staff is amazing. they go above and beyond to help you and make sure you are happy. Breakfast was pretty good, although a bit on the higher side, if you compare to what you can get outside of the Hotel, we found worth it. Cleanness is very important to us and met our expectations. Unfortunately the AC was not working in our room.

The Hotel Estherea caters to all your needs from the moment you approach the entrance. The staff was so welcoming and w are eternally grateful for all the advice & information they provided. This boutique hotel is so charming. Everywhere you look, there are unique things of interest to view from antique clocks to brass giraffe table bases, a beautiful butterfly collection, a wicker swinging floral festooned chair, dispensers of flavored waters, baked goods, abd jars of sucking candies, etc. The lobby and neighboring public spaces repeats flora inthe wallpaper, materials covering chsirs and banquettes, and stained glass ceiling in the passage to the breakfast room.

The Hotel Estherea goes for a maximalist luxury look and pretty much hits it out of the park. We were given an inside room, but very spacious and with a very larger bathroom, including two sinks, and a tub/shower combination. The rooms are all decorated in different color schemes – ours was in blues with many designer touches. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet with windows looking into a large, well lit and well decorated light well serving the room opposite and others above and below us. The hotel is located on the Singel Canal, just a few blocks from Dam Square and the Anne Frank House, as well as just across from the Nine Streets shopping streets.

The staff here made our stay. From the moment we checked in until we checked out, they were very helpful and friendly, including the room attendants. The gentleman handling the front desk on the morning we checked out (January 6) was so helpful when we called to say our Uber was arriving much sooner than anticipated and could he delay them from leaving. He did so with an amazing attitude and it helped as we were stressed about missing our Uber and then having to wait for another while trying to get to the airport. Everything was very clean and welcoming when we arrived.

INK Hotel is in a fabulous location. This was the tail end of a business trip so we had a day to explore Amsterdam. From the hotel it is a 30 minute walk to the Flower Market or the Van Gough Museum (but if you want to go to any of the museums in Amsterdam, you have to book in advance). if you do not fancy the walk back to the hotel an Uber will cost you around 17 Euros. In the opposite direction we were literally a 3 minute walk from Dam Square.
