•bed was very comfortable •location was good •nice size room •staff friendly • location i didn’t check out the spa or pool area unfortunately so I cannot comment. when I arrived there was an event on at the W’s bar. Although it was clear to security and everyone else I was arriving at the hotel with my two suitcases out of a taxi, they didn’t move or attempt to help me. in fact they stood in the way. so I was just stood there with my two suitcases whilst the two idiot security stood infront of me.

We stayed for 5 nights, unfortunately the first 3 nights weren’t as expected. We had couple of issues Mainly, – Our breakfast was supposed to be included and every morning we had to return the bill. 5 star hotels usually have this sorted before the guests come in. – the first 3 days our room wasn’t cleaned until late afternoon and only after calling the reception although we always made sure “clean my room” button was on But I have to admit that after me talking to the manager everything was well sorted, so I advise you to contact the management team for any issues from day one So grateful to the management who acted immediately and resolved all our issues.

We had such a fantastic time at Diamond Hotel in Amsterdam! From the moment we arrived, the experience was top notch. Iryna checked us in and she was absolutely lovely so warm and welcoming, which really set the tone for our stay. The room design truly impressed us. My husband and I loved how thoughtfully everything was arranged. The space is very well utilized, with every detail perfectly placed it felt both stylish and functional.

It is of modern furniture. The staff were so nice especially the Caribbean concerge, I totally forgot his name but he was the nicest, most helpful and caring. The rooms are of very small size, the shower and toilet are just in two different locations and tiny. باختصار ما يسوى السعر و ما ينظفون الغرف عدل. The room is not cleaned properly, they told us we have to remove everything from the bed so they “clean” and by this they meant just to do the bed which makes no sense.

Perfect location for those who want to be in the center of all the action in Amsterdam, very near red light, terminal, shopping, etc. Hotel was big and beautiful, though you might get lost at the first. Really classy and love the smell around the premises. Many helpful staff assist us as we are a huge group of 3 families (8 adults and 3 kids) total of 4 rooms. Special mention to staff like hazel, edna, aida, jocelyn, marilen, rick, hasan, and manewan.

Krasnapolsky is a sure winner when it comes to providing great service to any traveler looking for a place to stay. I feel like I’m home with the kind of service provided by their team. The receptionist Didier is cool and very pleasant. The buffet -breakfast team headed by Greg, and the Filipino dominated staff is also very friendly , namely – Rosanna , Hazel ,Marilen, Shiela,Edna, Joey, and Rick 😉 Each morning, they have would make sure that your needs are properly addressed. Each dining experience is a feast not only to your stomach but much more to a happy vacation experience you’ve been dreaming as a traveler.

This hotel is accessible to all local attractions. Just across the road is the tram station, and also near the boat station for a canal cruise. The streets are relatively safe at night. 2-3 minute walk from the hotel is a smorgasbord of restaurants from Dutch, Italian, Brazilian, Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, Thai, to McDonalds, Starbucks & Hardrock. I personally liked the all you can eat grilled spare ribs for 9 euros, well worth it, and try the Wok to walk, Chinese noodles cooked in front of you, yummy! Also, the next tram station from the hotel is the Rijksmuseum which has Rembrandt’s paintings, and the Van Gough museum.

Location. No hot water. They tried to fix it but we were told the faucet was broken and would take a long time to replace. It was like this immediately from the beginning of our stay. No offer for compensation at all or relocation to a different room.

Tivoli Doelen Hotel exceeded all our expectations. Centrally located with beautiful views over the canals, it offers not just comfort but a deep connection to Amsterdam’s history. It’s said that Rembrandt painted The Night Watch for this building which was newly built in the 17th century — and a stunning reproduction in Room 105 honors that legacy. We were upgraded to a balcony room at check-in, and although the room wasn’t very large, it was spotless, cozy, and well-equipped. The highlight of our stay was a free art workshop about The Night Watch, led by Eric — a former expert from the Rembrandt House and a master paint maker.

My daughter and I have just spent three nights at this wonderful hotel which is located within very easy walking distance to the Dam Square where you will find endless restaurants, bars and cafes. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to feel like a special guest. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the amenities are superb. We stayed in a Premium Room (king size bed) with a view of the canal. It was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room for the two of us plus the huge walk-in shower is amazing (excellent water pressure).
